Returns & Exchanges
- Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at botanicbars.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
- If applicable, include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Once approved, we will supply you with a return adress.
- After inspection, we will issue a refund or replacement as per our policy.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products.
- Items purchased on clearance or as part of a promotional sale.
- Custom or special-order products.
